Number Two, is a lovely holiday home rental in the heart of Lymington Town. The feel here is fresh and modern. We love that although it’s central, it’s also very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for those wanting to explore the New Forest with the convenience of town-living. 

The house is part of a private, gated development of 5 town mews houses. There is no public access past the house except other residents. There is a small courtyard to the front perfect for outdoor eating and enjoying the sun.

Coastal walks from here are superb. In both directions you can wander for miles with great foodie places as destinations.

Lymington is a stylish and colourful market town, often voted ‘Top 10 places to live in the UK’ in The Times. Number Two is less than a minute walk away from the vibrant High Street and the picturesque cobbled streets of the Old Town Quay are only three minutes away.  Further on, you’ll find mile after mile of smart yachting marinas and sea wall footpaths to admire the boats from.

Free and included in your booking cost are: all bedding and linen, towels for the house, kitchen essentials, any baby kit you've requested and cleaning the house after you leave. We also supply a welcome pack with some treats to get you going for tea when you arrive. Enjoy!

The location...

Lymington is often in The Times ‘Top 10 places to live in the UK’.  Obviously we are totally biased and agree. It is marvellous. The quality of life here is very good. The town is surrounded by National Park to the north, coastal otherwise. There is a good mix of industry (boats) and retail. Less obvious is the connection to the rural workings of the National Park itself.
