Pitts Deep Cottage

in ‘wild and wow’ places …

Welcome to Pitts Deep Cottage – This extraordinary beach cottage is positioned at the end of a long isolated track through private woodland where it sits snugged down right on the edge of a wild and varied beach

Staying here now is a first class treat. The house is produced like a boutique hotel. Nothing is missed out. It’s hard to describe arriving here without using too many superlatives but everyone, without exception, is absolutely delighted. Romantics will love the broad views; passing yachts, local fishermen, migrating birds as well as the wild ponies, donkeys and cattle who roam the National Park and beach.

The house has been featured in Hampshire Life, noted in The Times, The London Evening Standard and The Guardian.

Pitts Deep really is a place to unwind, to explore and to reconnect with a slower life beside the sea.

The location...

The cottage is found down a private, gated lane. There is no beach access via this lane unless you are a cow, pony or donkey - they have right of way within the National Park.

Lymington is left out of the driveway and a 5 minute drive.

The East End Arms pub is a 20 minute walk and well worth it.

Lymington is often in The Times ‘Top 10 places to live in the UK’.  Obviously we are totally biased and agree. It is marvellous. The quality of life here is very good. The town is surrounded by National Park to the north, coastal otherwise. There is a good mix of industry (boats) and retail. Less obvious is the connection to the rural workings of the National Park itself.
